White Mountains Winter Wonderland Hiking and Snowshoe Weekend
Dates: President’s Day Weekend. February 20-22, 2026, Friday – Sunday.
Location: The AMC Highland Center White Mountain National Forest, New Hampshire
Cost: still being finalized, likely $140; includes 2 nights lodging (shared rooms), all meals.

Craftsbury Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Trip
Dates: March 5-8, 2025, Thursday to Sunday,Â
Location: Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Craftsbury, Vermont
Cost: still being finalized; likely $350; includes 3 nights double occupancy lodging, all meals (dinner Thursday to lunch Sunday) and trail passes.

Financial Assistance Policy
NESFL understands that cost may prohibit individuals from coming on our trips. Although our fundraising efforts allow us to provide assistance in some cases, our Bylaws specify that any financial assistance is limited to 75% of the trip cost.
If you would like to apply for financial assistance, please send an email to info@nesfl.org with the Subject: Financial Assistance Request. Please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Trip you wish to attend.
- Amount of assistance requested, (no more than 75% of trip cost).
- Financial assistance awards you have received from NESFL in the past, if any.
We will respond to you as soon as possible. Anything you share will remain confidential.
